Artwork 3

Two things: the logo and the illustrations.

The goal of the logo design was to make it look iconic—something that was both cool and traditional. “Beauty”, as with its figurative state, is fragmented while “Bible” was given a classic typeface.

For the illustrations:

Browsing through several children’s books, I found the distinct style I was searching for in Mike’s work. After contacting him, he sent a demo (Rebekah) which was so impressive that hardly any changes were made in the final design. Everytime he would send a finished character, it would always be way better than I imagined it. Here is a short profile. Do drop him a note!
